2. Is this programme HRDF claimable?
Yes. Our corporate health screening programmes are HRDF claimable, subject to HRDF terms and employer eligibility. We will provide the required documentation to support the claim.
3. What screenings are included in the corporate package?
Packages may include screening of the liver, kidneys, gallbladder, bladder, uterus or prostate, and optional add-ons such as breast, scrotum, or carotid artery screening.
Packages can be customised based on company needs and budget.
4. Are blood tests included?
Blood tests are optional add-ons and can be bundled together with ultrasound screening for a more comprehensive wellness overview. Blood test panels may include cholesterol, glucose, liver function, and kidney function tests.
5. Is a radiologist report compulsory?
No. A radiologist report is optional.
Some companies choose screening without a formal report for general wellness, while others opt for a radiologist-reviewed and verified report for employee reference or insurance purposes.
6. Can the screening results be used for insurance purposes?
Reports that are reviewed and verified by a radiologist may be used for insurance-related purposes, subject to the insurance provider’s acceptance criteria. Employers and employees are advised to check with their insurers directly.
7. Where can the screening be conducted?

8. How long does each screening session take?
Each employee screening typically takes 30–60 minutes, depending on the selected screening package and add-ons.
9. Do employees need to fast before screening?
Yes, for upper abdominal scans, employees are usually required to fast for at least 8 hours.
For pelvic scans, a full bladder is typically required. Clear preparation instructions will be provided in advance.
10. Will employees receive their results digitally?
Yes. Ultrasound images and reports can be delivered securely via the FlaBee Care App, allowing convenient digital access.
11. Is ultrasound screening safe for employees?
Ultrasound does not involve radiation and is non-invasive. All screenings are performed using KKM-approved equipment by trained professionals.
12. Does corporate screening replace medical check-ups?
No. Corporate ultrasound health screening is intended for screening and wellness purposes only. It does not replace medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. Employees should consult their own doctors for interpretation and follow-up.
13. What happens if a screening image requires further review?
If an image suggests the need for further clarification, employees will be advised to follow up with their own doctor for appropriate medical assessment.
14. Is employee medical data kept confidential?
Yes. All employee data is handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection practices. Results are shared individually with employees unless otherwise agreed.
