Points to note:
● 8 hours fasting is required. We will collect blood and urine sample.
● Additional RM30 transport fees will be charge if only 1 pax / location
● 3 days advanced notice is required for appointment booking
● Time of collection of blood samples: 7.30am to 11.00am daily
