- Abdominal ultrasound procedures
- Obstetric and gynaecological ultrasound procedures

- Cardiac ultrasound (echocardiography) is excluded from the occupational scope of this programme.
8. Does the programme include practical and workplace training?
Yes. The programme includes structured hands-on practical training and a mandatory industrial attachment, where trainees perform ultrasound tasks under supervision to demonstrate competency in accordance with NOSS performance criteria.
